What is Be Prepared To Cook?

At the most basic level, we are a food shopping service. We deliver the ingredients, and recipes needed for you to cook your own healthy meals. Just place your order by each Friday at midnight and we’ll work with you to determine the best time to deliver your supplies. Each meal comes in its own bag, so you don’t have to spend any more time than necessary in the kitchen. We cut out all the time needed to plan you menu for the week, find recipes and shop for ingredients. You tell us what meals you want to eat and we’ll do the rest.
